The most common Italian dialects are Venetian, Milanese, Romanesco, Florentine, Sicilian and Neapolitan, however, there are dozens more found in specific regions around the world. These dialects have significant differences to standard Italian—for instance, the Neapolitan word for “now” is “mo”, whereas in standard Italian it is “ora”.
